What perfect timing on my part to discover an ass-kicking band to kick my ass back into shape. First heard of Viking Skull during a Bam Margera promotion interview on the Howard Stern show, turns out Bam’s taste in heavy rock is similar to mine: face-melting, dumb heavy riffs with shallow fun lyrics. Unfortunately they are currently disbanded according to wiki.

Went to the gym tonight and discovered to my horror how much weight I had gained during the past 2-3 months of inactivity. With the help of Viking Skull I was able to lift a dumbbell again.
