Less than 12 days till close! Went to the Kasala Outlet today and saw a glass table similar to the one pictured – put a deposit down on it along with four brown leather dining chairs (mid-back). My mom will be in town next week so I’d like her opinion on the table and chairs before I complete the purchase. My brother convinced me to go with a rectangular table since it could be placed against the wall to save space; especially since I will often be eating alone. The company who makes the table is “Chair-tech” which after some research; turns out to be a Canadian company- which most likely wholesales out of China. It’s almost impossible to not buy China-made products nowadays; furniture places have been telling me that eventually the entire Natuzzi line will be outsourced to China (at first I thought it was only Italsofa that was China-made). Part of me would still like my furniture to not just be designed in Italy, but made in as well. Thankfully, the Natuzzi sectional I have my eye on right now is still being produced in Italy.
